   Decent benefits, good co workers, job security but that's nearly it.

   Cons

   Subpar grooming;they don't want to teach yous then y'all're stuck. No much room to grow or develop at the ops tech levels. Pay is beginning to go subpar. Direction likes to micro manage and doesn't trust it's employees. It's offset to experience like you are just a number.
